LED Module Production Lead Time

Our standard production lead time typically ranges from 10 to 20 days. This timeframe assumes ideal conditions with no issues arising during the production process.

During production, the manufacturing of LED PCBs usually takes 7 to 10 working days. At the same time, the procurement time for components depends on the delivery schedule of the materials. If certain components have a longer delivery time, the procurement process may take 7 to 20 days. Of course, PCB production and material procurement happen concurrently. For long-term cooperation, we can arrange safety stock based on mutual agreement. This can significantly reduce delivery time and help customers bring their products to market faster.

Once all components are ready, they will be sent to the factory for assembly, and shipping can be completed within 24 hours to 7 days:

– Standard Production: For smaller orders, assembly typically takes 2 to 3 working days, and the process can be completed in up to 7 days.

Component Sourcing Options

Quality Inspection and Testing

First Article Inspection (FAI): Inspection during production to ensure that all assembled components match the assembly drawings, with no wrong parts, missing components, or polarity errors, and to verify proper lighting or functional performance.

SPI (Solder Paste Inspection): Used to detect solder paste printing defects such as insufficient paste, excessive paste, bridging, misalignment, poor shape, and board contamination.

AOI (Automated Optical Inspection): Automated scanning of PCBs to identify missing components, soldering defects, polarity errors, and other assembly issues.

X-ray Inspection: Primarily used to detect internal soldering defects in BGA, QFN, and other packaged components.

Functional Testing: Testing product functions and performance according to customer requirements to ensure compliance.

Rework and After-Sales Service

During production, if any issues are found in testing, we carry out rework as needed, including correcting misalignment, repairing cold or insufficient solder joints, replacing components, and fixing minor circuit faults.

If assembled PCBs encounter problems during transportation or show potential defects upon delivery, we will promptly provide repair and rework support.
