What trade cooperation methods do you support?
We generally cooperate using EXW or FCA international trade terms. If the customer does not have a designated freight forwarder in China, we can also assist the customer with loading, customs clearance, and other matters in accordance with FOB terms.
What logistics channels do you use?
For small samples, we support well-known international express couriers such as DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS. For large quantities of goods, we generally recommend sea freight as the preferred option due to its cost-effectiveness. For urgent shipments, we can arrange designated air freight according to the client’s needs.
How are LED module finished products packaged?
Inside the product, depending on the size and type, support film or foam padding is used for secure packaging to prevent scratches or damage from bumps and knocks. The outer boxes are made of internationally recognized standard weight-based cardboard boxes, and corner protectors and cable ties will be used when necessary to ensure the safety of the goods during transportation.
