PRODUCING PROCESS

Material Check & Preparation

The quality of raw materials determines the durability of the finished product. Ensuring high-quality materials is one of Higntek’s fundamental principles in product manufacturing. We conduct comprehensive BOM verification, component reference identifier validation, component manufacturing status checks, kit accuracy inspection, as well as PCB surface cleaning and proofreading.

We leverage advanced manufacturing equipment to deliver high-quality LED modules.

We have multiple Samsung SMT production lines and a frontline production team. Before mass production begins, we perform First Article Inspection to ensure that the components mounted on the production samples fully comply with the BOM specified in the assembly drawings and pass the lighting test. These measures enable us to achieve better quality control and provide you with faster delivery.

To enhance the usability of each LED

module, additional components may be integrated.

This includes soldering essential parts, attaching wiring, applying optical lenses, or dispensing protective glue. These processes ensure the module is not only functional but also tailored to meet specific application requirements.

We Test, Measure, and Test Again.

Each LED module undergoes thorough performance testing and visual inspection. We perform 100% final product checks to ensure compliance with customer requirements, X-ray inspection for hidden solder joints to prevent cold soldering and short circuits, and BGA rework under controlled temperatures to minimize component impact and ensure quality—meeting our strict factory standards.

We will do a good job in the final module surface cleaning and fine packaging work.

Every LED module undergoes thorough cleaning to eliminate particulate contaminants, followed by anti-static and shock-absorbent packaging. Custom labeling is applied post-inspection to ensure 100% traceability and compliance with client requirements.
