Higntek will be exhibiting at the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition), organized by HKTDC, from October 27 to 30, 2026. You can find us at Booth 5B-C33.
If you are developing a lighting product or bidding on a project this year, we would like to talk it through with you in person. Here is what we can help with, and how to get the most out of a short conversation at the booth.
Event at a Glance
- Event: Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition)
- Dates: October 27–30, 2026
- Booth: 5B-C33
- Company: Higntek, an engineering-driven LED lighting module manufacturer
Ultra-High Efficacy: Lower Energy Cost, Stronger Tender Position
In lighting tenders, brightness alone rarely separates one bid from another. Luminous efficacy does. Higher lm/W means the same light output for less power, and across hundreds or thousands of luminaires running for years, that gap becomes a real difference in operating cost. It is also the number evaluators increasingly compare.
Since 2013, Higntek has focused on developing and manufacturing ultra-efficient LED modules for indoor and outdoor lighting. Built on our seven in-house high-efficiency LED series, our modules reach up to 275 lm/W. Compared with conventional solutions, they can cut energy consumption by more than 50%, and help improve project bid competitiveness by up to 40%.
For fixture makers and project contractors, this means a more competitive offer without compromising on performance. At the booth, our engineers are happy to walk you through the efficacy levels achievable for your application, from outdoor and industrial lighting to commercial and specialty projects.
Full-Scope Lighting Module Engineering Customization
Our core business is custom engineering, not catalog selling. Every project has its own constraints: size, thermal environment, optics, driver, certification targets and budget. We work from your requirements through to mass production, covering requirement analysis, solution design, module development, assembly and volume manufacturing.
This is backed by an experienced engineering team with more than 13 years in the field and over 2,000 completed lighting project designs. Having served more than 2,000 customers across the global lighting industry, we have seen most of the design challenges that tend to appear mid-project, and we can help you solve them earlier and move development faster.
Our BOM flexibility is a practical advantage here. With more than 20,000 LED and lens models to choose from, we can build a tailored solution around your efficacy target and your budget during the engineering design stage. The aim is simple: a more competitive luminaire that still protects your project margin.
How to Prepare for Your Visit
To make the conversation as useful as possible, consider bringing:
- Your target efficacy, power range and color temperature
- Application and environment details (indoor or outdoor, IP rating, operating temperature)
- Dimensional drawings or an existing design you want to improve
- Your target cost range and any certification requirements
Even if your project is still at an early idea stage, you are welcome to stop by. We will share honest feedback on what is feasible and where the trade-offs are.
Book a Time or Just Drop By
Walk-ins are welcome at Booth 5B-C33. If you would like dedicated time with our engineers, send us a message in advance and we will reserve a slot for you. We look forward to seeing you in Hong Kong.
What can I expect from a visit to Booth 5B-C33?
A direct conversation with our engineers, not just a sales pitch. Bring your application, target efficacy and budget, and we will tell you what is feasible, where the trade-offs are, and which of our seven LED series fits best. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can also book a time in advance.
Our project is still at an early stage. Is it too soon to talk?
No, early is the best time. Efficacy, thermal design and cost are mostly decided during engineering design, and changes get expensive later. Even a rough idea of size, power range and application is enough for a useful first discussion.
What does "up to 275 lm/W" mean for my actual luminaire?
It is the efficacy our modules reach under defined test conditions. In a finished luminaire, the final figure also depends on the driver, optics and thermal design. That is why we engineer the whole module around your application rather than just quoting a chip number. We can share the test conditions and what to expect at the system level for your design.
Why choose a custom module instead of an off-the-shelf one?
Standard modules force you to design around their size, optics and thermal limits. A custom module is built around your fixture, so you can reach higher efficacy and better heat management in your own form factor. For tender projects, that often shows up directly as lower energy consumption and a stronger bid.
Won't higher efficacy push my cost up and hurt project margin?
Not necessarily. With more than 20,000 LED and lens models in our BOM, we can build a solution around both your efficacy target and your budget during the design stage. The goal is to raise your luminaire’s competitiveness while keeping the project profitable.
What does your one-stop service cover, and what do I need to provide?
We cover requirement analysis, solution design, module development, assembly and mass production. To start, we mainly need your application and environment, target power, efficacy and color temperature, size constraints, certification requirements and a target cost range. Existing drawings or designs you want to improve are a bonus.
